This cookbook is dedicated to my six loves, Larry, Natalie, Kenny, Amanda, Ranita, and Paul. They have been my toughest, best and most honest critics, over the years. They are also who I have gotten the most joy out of cooking for.
This book was written for them one year for a Valentine's gift, because I love them so much.
But I sincerely hope that many other people will enjoy it and many tasty meals as well.
